We provide shipping services across India for our B2B wholesale jewellery orders. Our shipping charges and courier options may vary depending on the delivery location, order weight, and service availability.
1. Courier Partner
Our default courier partner is DTDC.
However, depending on your delivery pincode, we may ship your order through another reliable courier service that provides the best available service for your location.
If you have a preferred courier company, you can request it while placing your order, and we will try to ship through your preferred courier, subject to availability and serviceability.
2. Standard Shipping Charges
Our standard shipping charges are:

Shipping charges for orders above 1 kg will be calculated based on the applicable courier charges and the shipment weight.
3. Gujarat Shipping Charges
For deliveries within Gujarat, our shipping charges are:

4. Special Destination Charges
For certain special or remote destinations where additional courier charges apply, the shipping charges are:

Special destination charges may apply depending on the delivery pincode and courier serviceability.
5. Delivery Time
Delivery time may vary depending on the destination, courier partner, service availability, weather conditions, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.
Once the order has been dispatched, customers may receive tracking details wherever available.
6. Courier Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier company, including delays due to weather, operational issues, remote locations, strikes, holidays, incorrect/incomplete address details, or other circumstances beyond our control.
We will, however, assist the customer in coordinating with the courier whenever required.
7. Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including:
- Full name
- Complete address
- City
- State
- Pincode
- Valid contact number
Any additional charges arising due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be payable by the customer.
8. Preferred Courier
If you have a specific courier preference, please inform us before dispatch.
We will try to ship through your preferred courier, subject to availability, serviceability, and applicable shipping charges.
